It's pretty rampant in this area, too. If no one mentioned it, we have set aside the 3rd weekend in Oct. as an annual get-together. Probably just a covered dish, talk all day kind of deal, with a more formal gathering about every 3 years. If you have input for that decision, let us know.

We sure were disappointed that you weren't able to make it after all. I'm so sorry that Patty has the flu!!! That is NO fun for sure, poor thing! Tell her we're all wishing her well very quickly! You take good care of her, and when you get a chance, please let us hear from you. The reunion was absolutely wonderful--there aren't words to describe the feeling I had when I walked into the Harrison Building and Kathy, Zelma and Linda were all sitting there!!! I'm afraid I scared their husbands!! :)) We acted like children for just a bit!! You are going to crack up when you see all the pictures we're going to be posting! Prepare to be amused and totally entertained!!!! Take care, friend!

It really seemed that once we all headed to college we lost touch with one another. That's sad since those friendships from high school have impacted our lives so deeply. I do hope that we'll all do a bit better now that we have the website at our finger tips. Don't know if anyone has mentioned it to you or not, but we have lost 4 of our classmates during the past 40 years: Barnett Bates, Vernon Carruth, Patsy Kirkland and Sandra Ravencraft. We all decided to have an annual get-together each 3rd Sat. in Oct. That way those who can make it will spend the day together at some designated place--tba--and probably just plan to chill on too much of the "organized" prep that nearly killed our local classmates! They did an awesome job getting it all put together. We have so much catching up to do, it'll take another 40 years for all of us to get the scoop on one another. Your family is beautiful, and I'm so happy to know that you've been so richly blessed! You deserve it! Take care!
