About This Game

Not every case goes to trial and of those most are "bench trials". After years of trying cases as a trial lawyer your efforts have finally been noticed by the State's Governor. Although your recent appointment as a judge forces you to start at the bottom of the judicial totem pole it's only a matter of time until you become a State Supreme Court Justice.

Weigh evidence from the lowly traffic courts to the Court of Appeals as you gain favor with the Governor to become a State Supreme Court Justice. b4d347fde0

Thought i'd give it a go. Game is VERY repetitive, the first case was the same as the third case; this isn't very good considering I was only 10 minutes in. Game also seems to be a bit broken with decisions being appealed regardless of what action you take. I feel that with some work this could be better, but at this point it is not very fun, a bit broken, and needs much more work to bring it to a point of being worth the asking price.. needs a lot of work, does not seem like a finsihed product and it seems the cases overturned upon appeal is decided at random.. needs a lot of work, does not seem like a finsihed product and it seems the cases overturned upon appeal is decided at random.. This game is buggy and broken. It crashed every time I leveled up, and so I gave up playing after the third attempt through and requested a refund. During my very brief play time, I cycled through a couple dozen pointless and shallow cases that all followed the same pattern of regurgitated, assembled text. Each case is just 2-3 sentences from both sides, providing little to no pertinent information. The "evidence" is sometimes duplicated and contradictory (I am not sure if this is a bug or by design). The cases have no depth at all. And here's the biggest overarching question - what are the actual laws this judge is supposed to be using as a basis for making decisions? It appears the goal is simply to make the governor happy - and that can be done by spamming a decision without reading anything or knowing what rules are supposed to be followed. Perhaps if some instructions had been provided, the experience would have made more sense.

I do not recommend this game under any circumstances. I strongly advise against paying anything for it. Oh, and as of the date of my review, the link for "The Bit Pulse" under "Reviews" doesn't go anywhere. Hmm.. Very simple and harder than I thought at first. The boxes move when clicked so be careful with that. It's easiest to please the governor by just convicting everyone. It's up to you whether you roleplay or not.. This game is buggy and broken.
